Effort fuels growth. Only diligence leads to progress, as weeds thrive without intention. Success demands work.
The Petrines of grade 9 B enlightened us during the assembly on the theme ‘Without Hard Work Nothing Grows, Except Weeds’. People want to be successful in business, academics, and lives, but most of them won’t work hard for it. And hence, they often lose out. Management gurus often fool people by showcasing ‘fool-proof’ ways for others to become successful in every possible area. Do not shy away from hard work, for nothing worth is given without a cost. Hence, never lose sight of what you want to achieve in life, and keep pursuing it. Most people tend to give up when things get tough or go off track but successful people focus on what they need to do, learn from their blunders or disasters, then continue working hard until they succeed.
