A motivational seminar, graced by the presence of the distinguished Fr. Dr. Charles Davis, took place on campus today. Fr. Davis, renowned for his groundbreaking work in bioethics, inspired the students of Grade 10 ABC, focusing on the theme “Overcoming the Fear of Mathematics.” His powerful words resonated deeply with the students as he encouraged them to face their academic challenges head-on. He engaged with the students, discussing their struggles in mathematics and other subjects, offering insightful advice based on his own academic journey.

Fr. Dr. Davis, a scholar in embryo research, stem cells, bioethics, and biolaw, also shared his study methods, recounting how perseverance and discipline shaped his success over the years. One of the most impactful moments came when he urged the students to eliminate the word “can’t” from their vocabulary, symbolically asking them to cut the letter “T” from “I Can’t” and embrace a mindset of possibility and determination.

This empowering session was organized under the guidance of our esteemed principal, Rev. Fr. Justin Thiraviam, who continues to champion opportunities for student growth and development.
