This proverb, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” encapsulates the essence of beginnings. It highlights the importance of taking that initial, courageous step, no matter how daunting the path ahead may seem. It serves as a powerful reminder that every great achievement starts with a small, decisive action. The  Petrine student council of grade 10 guided by school prefects encouraged us  to overcome their inertia, fears, and doubts and start moving toward their goals, no matter how distant a person may seem. It serves as a reminder that progress is made by consistently taking small, determined steps in the right direction, eventually accumulating into substantial achievements. It was a good initiation as a beginning of Term-2.
