Announcements of the day (Saturday, 06/04/2024)
Good morning, Petrines! ☀️ Let’s make the most of this beautiful day filled with learning, laughter, and creating unforgettable memories together. Here’s to another fantastic day at St. Peter’s High School!
Huge shoutout to the incredible Petrines of the Previous Student Council Members from Class! They led a powerful assembly this morning on the theme “Like a mighty oak weathering storm, resilience strengthens us, shaping our character and fortifying our spirit” with Mrs. Kashia Bhatti’s guidance. Let’s give them a round of applause for their hard work!
Dear students, as we gather in this morning assembly, let us reflect upon the wisdom of nature. Like a mighty oak that stands firm against the tempest, our resilience shapes us. Just as the oak’s roots delve deep into the earth, anchoring it during storms, our inner strength fortifies our spirit. Resilience is not mere endurance; it is transformation. It moulds our character, teaching us to bend without breaking, to weather life’s storms with grace. Challenges may buffet us, but they also reveal our true mettle. Each trial carves resilience into our hearts, making us stronger, wiser, and more compassionate. So, my dear students, embrace adversity. Let it be the chisel that sculpts your spirit. Remember that storms pass, but your resilience endures. Stand tall, like the mighty oak, and let your character shine through. May this assembly inspire you to face life’s challenges with unwavering strength and grace. Wishing you a resilient and purposeful day ahead! 🌿✨

The selection process for the New Student Council kicks off next week! To identify the best candidates, we’ll be implementing a multi-stage process. By Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, class teachers for grades 8, 9, and 10 are requested to submit nominations for students who demonstrate the following qualities: Responsibility, Commitment to School Rules, School Spirit and Active Participation, Respect for Teachers and Helping Nature. These nominations will form the foundation for the Student Council selection process.
To help you become even stronger in math, we encourage daily practice. Your teachers will be suggesting fun and engaging ways to practice at home, so keep an eye out! Remember, the best way to master any concept is by asking questions. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your teacher for help – they’re there to support you every step of the way! Here at St. Peter’s High School, we believe in well-rounded students. While excelling in all five subjects is fantastic, focusing on areas needing improvement is equally important. We’ll be working with you to ensure you have the resources and support to succeed! So let’s work together to build a strong foundation in math, and don’t forget – we’re always here to help you reach your full potential!
Mark your calendars! The Parents Orientation Program is happening next week, with dedicated sessions for each grade. The specific schedule is already available in the April planner you received through Google Classroom. To ensure you don’t miss any details, we’ll send a follow-up notice with reminders and important information on Monday. In the meantime, please let your parents know about this upcoming event. Special Note: We’ve invited esteemed guest speakers to enrich this program and provide valuable insights. We look forward to seeing your parents there!
Wishing you a day filled with wonder and blessings. May God’s grace be upon you! Thank You!
